A 20-year veteran and executive leader in the technology and product software sector, Mr. Gaertner brings a wealth of knowledge and proven experience to Fintech, including product acquisitions, organizational strategy, and technology growth.

Before joining Fintech, Mr. Gaertner worked with various web-based and SaaS technology companies, most recently holding the position of Executive Vice President of Community Brands, a noted provider of association and nonprofit software. During his tenure, the company made several strategic acquisitions which led to accelerated growth and expanded industry market share. Prior to his time with Community Brands, Mr. Gaertner worked for several other leading digital technology companies, including Autotrader.com, Homes.com, and Remax.com, developing and managing scalable data platforms, mobile applications, CRMs, and other e-commerce and accounting solutions.
