hurricane laura

As a Florida-based company, we understand the challenges of hurricane season. With Hurricane Laura approaching, we want to remind you that, as always, Fintech is here and ready to support your business. Hurricane Laura is expected to have a significant impact and can lead to damage to product inventory, affect distributor payments if banks shut down temporarily, and more.

We will continue to process alcohol payments as usual, based on the data files we receive. We will also continue to deposit payment for any invoices that have already been uploaded to Fintech for processing. If your bank is closed due to the storm, the funds will be transmitted once the bank reopens.

If your beverage alcohol inventory is impacted by Hurricane Laura, or you have any questions regarding the return of products damaged in the storm, please review these TTB guidelines.

Our number one priority is the safety of our employees, clients, and partners, and we extend our warmest regards to all who may be impacted by this storm. For any assistance with your Fintech account before, during, or after the storm, please contact us here, or at 800-572-0854 option 1. We are here to help your alcohol business survive Hurricane Laura. Please do not hesitate to contact us with any questions or concerns.
